property development knowledge enhancement courses

Hi SS,

I am wanting to get back into studying property. u never stop learning in property. what formal/semi formal courses have you guys taken?

i am really interested in all facets of property but what i really really want to "get my foot into" is development.

are there any resources any SS can point me in the direction towards? i have googled but would love to hear your reccomendations / credible sources

I am half hearted about undertaking the masters in development @ the university of western sydney until i know this is what i really x100000 want to do.

both the master builders association nsw and the aust property Institute run very short development courses which have a bit more street cred.


The master in development is a well respected course if you want to work in the industry. I completed my val. there a while back. Great lecturers.

How much did your masters degree cost? I was looking at one in WA and it seems it will set you back ~ $25k

It was only about $2k/subject (possibly a little more now) - but related to my work so a tax deduction.
