Property Expo

Is this another indicator that us contrarians should be looking at other opportunities and keeping our powder dry for the (maybe) impending bloodbath to come once int rates hike up say 2%?

I hear that even Tasmanian property is booming...or is it all just market hype?

Are you still finding bargains or is your cheese continually on the move?

Are people cashing in or just pruning their portfolios?

Let's hear from the wise old hands who've seen some cycles...

I know what your saying, but this property expo has been going on for
years.

It is interesting to see that Henry Kaye is giving a talk at the expo on Friday with Hans Jacobi comming just after henry.

Hans' talk is on "How to protect yourself from scams, rip offs and expensive mistakes".

Hi

Sorry, it means:

Laugh My Arse Off

I loved the juxtaposition of the two speakers.

Give me a ring before you head off. You've got my number still? I've got the half price tickets to get it, 3 of them actually.

Now we just need to find a local pub near there, not to hard I think.

Cheers,
Robert
