Property Fox No.1

Anyone holding this investment for the last several years may be interested to know that it will become more liquid with a listing on the NSX. Was supposed to list 14th Feb 11.30 am according to the Exchange, and 15th Feb. according to an enquiry to Freeman Fox. However as shareholders had not received any notification of listing date, SRN or HIN numbers from Link Market Services and therefore could not place a trade, the listing has been pushed back to 28 Feb. to enable more time for shareholders to receive this information. On the supposed day of listing Link had received no instructions! The code is PFA when it lists.

The NSX has never been great for liquidity. A few stocks trade everyday but a majority go for weeks or months between trades. Usually there's not much activity because it's difficult to find a broker that has access to the trading platform & can be bothered executing the trade.

That said, Property Fox might prove me wrong. We won't know until it starts trading.

I work for Link Market Services...

Lol, great company... Never knowing details of things... hehehe lol :D

You are right. NSX is obviously second choice exchange for smaller companies that cannot meet ASX listing requirements, but at least it provides more liquidity for shareholders than trying to sell or buy amongst other shareholders, 'cause privacy rules will not allow you to know who they are!!

Most major broker firms will trade on the exchange. Go to their website to have a look. Were's, Bell Potter, etc. will trade with no fuss, plus several smaller brokers.

A stocks listed on NSX are thinly traded you would not expect to see volumes running through each day. Horses for courses! Stocks for bourses!
