property inspections

Hi I was wondering how many property inspections per year do PMs generally do? Currently mine is doing 2, but have heard a number of others are doing 4, wondering whether now that a new lease agreement is due whether should increase that as tenants are not the best (not the worst either).

In NSW, you're allowed 4 inspections a year and I believe that is the case in most states.

2 yearly inspections for ours and follow ups if needed.

Victorian legislation is first initial inspection at 3 months, and 6 monthly thereafter.
