Property Management Info

Hello Everyone,

I have just purchased my 3rd and 4th investment property in a block of units.

My first has the best tenents in the world "my parents" so no need for PM.

The other two have tenents in one long term and one leaves in September. As I am new to this game I am trying to find out as much information on real estate investments and now of course PM.

Does anybody know what procedures I need to go through taking over a property and tenents, and finding a replacement.
Also what features I should look for to finding the right property agents and what are the going rates of charges in WA.

Thank you sorry if this is an easy question for everyone but a late bloomer (37) and love this site I fell onto this by accident.

Best wishes
