I would appreciate recommendations on good property manager/s Bondi Junction for a 3 bed 2 bath soon to be renovated terrace house. Also interested in who to avoid. Private replies welcome.:)

Hi i would recomend james kennedy of REconstruct RealEstate. I have known him for over 25yrs, he has managed property in the area for about 20yrs, he is very reliable

Hi jb, just to let you know. Experience in A PARTICULAR MARKET is much more valuable than a broader veiw, a bit like knowing about something as aposed to KNOWING SOMETHING
