Our properties up here are doing VERY very nicely - thankyou! Actually we are in the process of harvesting some of our wonderful equity. It is all fantastic - considering we only bought into the market this year.

Personally use the Professionals at Buderim.

Very happy with my properties on the SC. Anything on the water just keeps going north.

I use Yasna Hawthorne @ LJ Hooker Mooloolaba for my Sunshine Coast properties. I negotiated fees to 7.5% + GST & $1.10 pw stationary fee (was $6.60)... Fortnightly statements by email, quarterly inspections, haven't had any problems to date.

Rents in Chancellor park have taken off in the past 6 months. There is a good article in today's Sunshine Coast Daily saying the vacancy rate in Mooloolaba is 0.77%.
