Property Manager in Frankston

Hi, i'm looking for a good property manager in Frankston or Seaford to deal with a property in Frankston North. Whats the standard fee, 5.5%?

We've got a unit in Frangers, and it's been managed by Abel real estate since we bought it in 2004.

The management fee is 6% and they have been very good so far. Call and speak to Norelle.

Probably the cheapest rate in the known Universe. Don't know much about the service.

I paying 5.5% including with Century 21 only because I purchased a property through them and family has multiple properties with them. Havent had any problems with them so far.

We don't have any problems with Abel and deal with Vicki and also Norelle with a number of properties in frankston.
