Can anyone recommend a Property Manager for a 2-bedroom unit in Kensington, Sydney. Randwick is the the closest suburb to it. We have just been burned badly by our last one.

Thanks for your replies, including private messages. I have done such a good job at $14,000 worth of repairs, my son has decided to sell his unit and not re-rent it. This ex-tenant was a public figure. Who'd-a-thought!
