Property Manager - Maitland

Can anyone recommend a good, reliable property manager for Maitland? Don't mind paying a little more, just want the peace of mind as living interstate.

Please share your good and bad experiences so I know if there are any to avoid!

My recent experience in the Newcastle PM game has indicated that they are amongst the laziest around.

They don't have to work hard.

A lot don't do Saturdays.

A lot don't return phone calls.

I would check out Tony Cant Real Estate. I deal with their commercial bods & they aren't too bad. I won't name the useless ones.

Maybe it was a particular manager but I had a frustrating stint with Tony Cant in maitland. They have cheap rates ( approx 5%) but service was poor and laid back in leasing efforts .. Which may have been due to them being such a major player in the maitland. Just my personal experience and I guess it comes down to individual managers. good luck

I used James Henry RE at Beresfield many years ago and was very impressed.

I am very quickly finding all about established real estate agents in smaller regional areas - and the dirty tricks they get up to, to keep competition at bay.

I am currently buying a property through them at the moment, and so far I am suitably impressed too - but that it with the sales guy and the Principal. No experience with the PM Dept yet.
