PMs in Maitland

Hi all,

I'm over my current PM who manages my house in Rutherford, because of a severe lack of communication. Emails and phone calls rarely get replied to, and the latest episode has seen me trying to get a response for the last 3.5 weeks.

Therefore I'm in the market for a new PM. I know previous threads have bemoaned the lack of quality PM's in the Maitland/Newcastle region, but nonetheless, does anyone have any current recommendations for PM's in the Maitland area?

I'm using Tony Cant. They're ok I think? So far has been responsive to emails (as in within 2-3 working days - you will need to pro actively email them or they won't contact you for most of the time) and calls.
