Property manager recommendations Canberra

I'm seeking recommendations for a property manager in north Canberra. Further, what PM fees can I expect to pay to rent a self titled town house (no strata).

Nikoletta Pal is fantastic - she sometimes posts on here. She looked after a couple of mine for a few years and I'd highly recommend her.

I've used LJH Dickson and have been very happy with them. Lindsey was great but he became a partner. Tracey did an excellent job taking over from him.

I was with them for about six years. I self managed for a while but when they took over they got me a much better rent, saving there commission a few times over.

Commission is generally in the region of 9%.

Amazing.

I used to self manage because I couldn't find a good local PM. I found Nikoletta here on SS - she took over a property that was vacant for a while. She ended up getting tenants within a week for a higher rent we had advertised

You can't go wrong.
