Property Manager recommendations - Central Coast NSW

Hi all,
Can anyone recommend a good PM on the Central Coast?
Our IP is located at Shelly Beach, close to Bateau Bay and The Entrance.
Our current PM is as dumb as a box of hammers - looking for one who can at least determine when a lease is due for expiry, can correctly address correspondence, and attend to enquiries politely and efficiently.

I would also be interested in having the name of PMs to avoid on the Central Coast. We are renting our property in LakeHaven and I am not quite sure about our current PM!

The area in particular is Wamberal.
