May seem strange to talk to initially as he calls it as he see's it but really fantastic PM. Person who owns the business actually does the inspections.

John Cook Lords Place in Orange,have a couple of properties with them and have always been on the ball,Jane the property manager is very good.I have been with them for 8 years now.

I agree with Macca - haven't had a problem with our property in Orange with them for the term of the managment (almost 2 years).
