Property Manager Southport Area

Ok folks I am going to have need of a good property manager in the near future on the Gold Coast. In particular the Southport, Labrador, Runaway Bay areas. Anyone have good (or bad) experiences they want to share?

Im going to do a bunch of interviews over the phone and in person in the next week or two but any leads would be really appreciated.

LJ hooker has been quite good.
One thing all agents **** about is the following:

You have a property manager
You have a maintenance person
You have a lease person
You have an invoice person
you have a property inspection person.

You deal with so many people that one person does not know what the other is doing.
I still don't understand who to talk to?
