An easement or the house sewage line?
Is it directly on top or is it hovering above it on pillars. If the latte, not a huge issue I would imagine.
Either way, there is a chance it could crack over time, however if it is part of your property... it isn't a huge issue. Check with council. If it is an easement, then it would have been concrete lined before anyone could build over it.
