Property Seminars 2013?

Does anyone know of any good property seminars to attend in 2013?

I remember in 2011 there was that Destiny Summit convention which I couldn't go to. I thought it was supposed to be held every two years, but it looks like they're not holding it next year...

I was talking with Steve McKnight last week and he isn't doing his 3 day conference this year either.

I liked Jane Slack-Smith's course - very simple, no nonsense, and practical. The most important things I learnt were manufacturing equity, how to find and use free data to research median prices, calculate yield, growth (all the math that tends to do my head in).

In addition to running "your property success" seminars, she also teaches at the community college for a fraction of the cost.

I don't know.

But I've just bought her book for the kindle. $9.99.

And if you're interested in the topic but don't have a kindle, there's free readers available for android, iOS and PC.
