Property: What % of your overall investments?

Just wondering what % does property investment account for in your overall portfolio?

I have invested in two properties overseas (dates back to 1991 and 2003) and they account for 10% of my total portfolio.

I think there was a similar thread several months ago. Maybe why there's been little response so far...

And to answer the question, about 97% :D

Too hard to work out values. Eg, one of my websites earns more than I ever got renting out my last house (not actually hard to do, it was a low rent) but what is that website worth? It is a completely personal homepage so it has a big fat $0 resale value IMHO.

Interesting to note that CBA refused to accept that as a source of income for a fulldoc OR lodoc so it is also not worth anything to me for getting finance.

43% cash

35% property including own home being built right now

22% shares, art, autographs, gold.... breakdown: shares 10%, art 5%, autographs 2%, gold 5% approx. varies from year to year...use to do a lot of daytrading but nowdays no time to watch the market.

0% in any super fund worthy of mentioning.

my business is not included in this....i keep that entirely separate.

i like cash currently.
