The Australian community - who have a bricks and mortar love affair.

The Renters - who support and help to grow your investment by renting from you while waiting years or even decades for the "bubble" to burst.

The "Intellectual" bears - who think they are smarter then the average bear and are reinforcing The Renters convictions to keep renting and support your investment.
