I was speaking to the tenant next to our one and only IP and he mentioned the owner is planning to sell up and that the lady next door to him is also thinking of selling. This could be a trifecta with three IP's in a row.
I wasn't going to peruse another IP for a little while but the opportunity to acquire a neighbours property doesn't come along to often.
In isolation I probably would not consider either of these properties as they do require some work and are on a sloping site but they do have nice views over the suburbs and beach in the distance. Would having three properties joining add value beyond three separate properties if I was to sell all three in a few years ?
Can I open this up to your opinions and advice ?
