Hey Guys/Gals,
I was wondering if people suggest any suburbs that they have been to in QLD that are going through transition- ie.. homes are starting to be done up, there is plenty of infrastructure going in, impressions of the suburb are changing.
I never really know if forumites put out their areas of interest, but I wouldnt be worried about competing with a few forum members that might read this and take action. If anything it will only help the suburbs transition... there is more then enough properties to go around.
