There's Opteon Quantity Surveyers in Myers street, upstairs in the Landlink [Property valuers] building , the block before Matthew Flinders GSS. I haven't used them, maybe you could call in and have a chat to them.

I used Washington Brown for my Frankston property after seeing a few recommendations in another thread. They're a big company so I pressume they'd do Geelong area.

Excuse my ignorance, but is it worth having a schedule prepared if the property is (to my observations) in original condition with no improvements, that i can tell anyway.
The only item i think has been added since it was biult is the pergola.
The house is 15 years old.
Being a very standard and original home can an accountant be accurate in what i can depretiate?
Thanks for the replies...as you can tell i'm a newb.

If it's only 15 years old, yes it will be worth it.

The Depreciation Schedule will set out what you can claim. Your accountant will work from that.
