Question about amending the contract using PDF?

My solicitor gave me a draft sales contract using PDF file format which consist about 50 pages. On the first page, it has MY address. There has been several buyers who request to look at my contract which is fine but I feel uncomfortable letting them see where I reside so I would like to edit or blur that part out

I tried going to Paintshop, Adobe Photoshop etc but it seems like I can't find a way to edit the first page of the PDF file just removing or bluring the address, while the rest of the page remains seen, so how to do that?

Of course if they are the REAL buyer, I will proceed with my real contract on hand to show them.

just print the page, scan it, blur your address and reprint the picture document again

I use verypdf editor

If the pdf doc was made up from scanned jpg pictures you won't be able to edit the text with the address but you'll be able to blank it out
