We discussed this property a while back when it was for sale.. It didn't sell for quite a while.. Considering the work that went into it (structural work, new vj lining isn't cheap, kitchen, bathroom) they'd prob need more than $600k to break even.. Looking at the quality of the finish and blue chip suburb it may sell high, but buyers should realise the 2011 flood went over the upper level ceiling.. That may limit the price $550-600? Will be interesting to see..
