r60 subdivision costs

as far as i know typical 2 lot retain and build style subdivisions costs between 30k-45k on average. (assuming no nasty surprises)

does it get cheaper when you strata a block of land into 4 or 5? or will costs remain the same for each lot?

Costs will be more from Western power and with Watercorp headworks.

Also check public open space contribution. Normally payable on subdivisions creating more than two lots. But check.
