Read this book!

"The China Study" by Colin T. Campbell

Just been reading the thread on weight loss and felt the need to share...

It's not a fad diet, in fact there are no real dietary recommendations (ie eating plans, nutritional info etc). It's just hard facts gathered from decades of research.

Was recommended to me by my doctor who's very forward thinking. I've got a strong history of heart disease in the family so it was of double importance.

There are some startling findings in the research and I think it's worth a read at least so you can make your own mind up.
It has been life changing for me...
