We are looking to buy interstate in the Northern suburbs of Brisbane around the Nundah area. Wondering if anyone on here could please recommend a good Agent. We don't want to use a buyers agent just hoping to get in contact with a good REA....

hi guys

we currently have a number of properties coming up for sale or for sale in north Brisbane and getting slammed with calls from investors.

really hot is that area right now

we listed a property last week have had over 15 buyers inspect in 2 opens 3 offers.

before xmas would have been lucks to get 15 for a month.
just some feedback from what we are seeing.

I Can Advise who not to use
Brisbane(super general I know) is nasty at the moment, be careful not to overpay for a property
