Recomendations for PM in Plympton,SA area

Hi guys,

Ive recently purchased a IP in Plympton, SA and was wondering if anyone had a good PM they could recommend in the area?

Hi. It's been a few weeks so you may have found a PM, but if you haven't, I use Neale Realty (who also sell real estate, and I know some people don't like this, me included really..).

We also have an investment property in Brisbane and have been through two PM agents, the second of which is the infamous Michael Yardney's Metropole, and all i can say is NOT IMPRESSED. So I can confidently say that Neale Realty are much better. I've never had to chase rent, they reply to emails and phone calls, and do inspections when they're meant to. I'm not sure if they would service Plympton, but they well might.

Can't hurt to give them a call if you haven't found someone.

Thanks for the head up but I have found someone. If they are no good, I will look into your recommendation.
