recommadation for architec in burwood

guys.
I bought a very old house with land 787m2 in burwood, I wanted to redelop possible 3 town house, if not 2 town house. I needed draftman or architec to assist me.
I have not done such project. If any one can advise me

My boyfriend is a qualified draftsman and architecture student based in Enmore. I've never used his services, so I can't really recommend him (not as a draftsman anyway! ), but he works for two different architects and they both like him alright and give him plenty of work.
