Recommendation for good property manager in southbank

I have a really bad property manager for my southbank apartment... does anyone has a good property manager to recommend?

I am a new investor, any advice is much appreciated.... thanks...

I use Mitchell Property Management for my own IP's and many of my clients have used their services also. I have not had one negative feedback about them. That is all they do, inspection reports every 6 months, web access, pay all the bills etc. and pro-active in periodic rent reviews.
