We recently purchased a unit in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. However, we are now worried that there may be an issue with dampness under the house. When it rains, a musty odour comes up through the floors. We would like to get this checked out by someone who is trustworthy and knows about these things. We were wondering if anyone could recommend a building inspector who might take a look at this issue for us? Otherwise we are flying blind!!
