Recommendations for Strata Insurance on small lot

Folks,
does anyone have experiences or opinions they would like to share on the following Strata Insurance / Owners Corporation Insurance companies? I have received a quote from all three from my broker and would like to gauge the quality of each. i.e. I am not basing my decision on price and excess alone. Note that the policy inclusions for all 5 are identical.

QUS (Queensland Underwriting Solutions)
SUU (Strata Unit Underwriters)
CHU (Corporate Home Underwriters)
ZURICH
ALLIANZ

This is for a small 3 lot strata title I am doing on my existing (new) freestanding villas.

Have never had any troubles with CHU, they have been good on claims and premiums/inclusions are good.

Avoid ACES, one complex I owned in used them and they took 5 months to approve a simple claim.
