If you are still looking for a good PM I would highly recommend Lu Bracher at Property Management HQ. www.propertymanagementhq.com.au
I have tried a few, had a good one but she left the company and after that no one cared less.
Lu on the other hand is the director but also an invester herself. At an entry inspection she sent me over 170 photos!!
She looks after the properties for the investors.
