Not happy with my current PM, and would love some recco's for RE's that are local to my properties - both in kelmscott/roleystone area.
Also fee structure please - I do like the flat fee if possible.
Current PM seems to think being paid up to the 10th April is up to date so definitely need someone slightly more on the ball.
