Hello All,

A bugbear of mine has been the ability to find tradesmen when required to conduct maintenance for me on my group of investment properties which are located in Sunshine and Frankston.

Can anyone recommend a general maintenance, electrician, plumber that they have successfully dealt with, and who have a fixed/fair approach to their invoicing.

A good idea is to get a recommendation from a PM or REA. They usually only use reliable people.
Be prepared to pay though. No tradies are cheap anymore.
