Hope it's ok for me to write a quick post to convey my fantastic remote experience I had with Rolf Latham.
I have had the pleasure of meeting him in person but was after the fact of organising finance.
I've read good things about brokers on SS and I'm sure the following attributes may be the case for others. This is just based on my experience. I have had a crappy experience with another broker, not from SS, in the past so the following was a breathe of fresh air:
1) He put my immediate and future needs ahead of his own
2) Spent the time understanding my situation
3) Prompt in responding to queries
4) Educated me on a variety of topics such as my credit file
5) Strong negotiation power with lenders, helped me with good rate
So if you're in the market for a broker no matter where you are in Australia, don't hesitate to at least give him a shout. And no, I'm not getting a cut.
