Rendering costs - Brisbane

Has anyone had a single story place rendered in Brisbane lately?

Its a fairly small 3 bedroom beick home
I guess the dimensions would be 15long * 8 wide * 3 high

What would you estimate the cost to be?

Yes we got a single storey house rendered about 6 months ago. It is quite large with 5 bedrooms plus study so sounds a bit larger than your place.
Price to render the whole house was $5300+gst.

We used Brisbane Rendering and found them really good.
