i think i've heard its good for inside the house but not outside the house I've just read about someone who bought a massive property with 23 bedrooms and huge common rooms and she was a young one in her early 20s first time buyer, and she hired and painted it herself with the spray gun

What does she do with the place?

I think spray painting is good for an undercoat/1st coat - but for a professional finish you should use rollers.
