Hi i have bought some land in Oxley and currently building a 200sqm 4 bedroom home with a/c double garage and all the mod cons.Can someone tell me where I can get some ideas about what rent i would be likely to get?

Run a search for similar properties for rent on the usual websites (www.realestate.com.au and www.domain.com.au)

hey if u buy some land does the seller have to put all the sewerage pipes etc. in? or do u just buy bare land?
