Rental unit/house wanted at the Gold Coast

I have a friend (mid-40's) who is relocating to the Gold Coast (to spend more time with her grandchildren), and will rent out her PPOR in Cairns. She is looking for a rental and she has 2 small shitzu dogs which are elderly and house trained.

I just thought if anyone had an IP vacant (either a small house or a unit/townhouse with a bit of a courtyard) they might be interested in a self-employed grandmother as a tenant.
