- there was dust and cobwebs in the roof when i looked in the man hole
- the landscaping isnt up to my standard(though you inspected it twice, came in at the lower end of the rental range, and had two dogs)
excuse me, the landscaping will allow you to just mow a nature strip, and the man hole, you have got to be kidding me. Your dogs, ok, 75% of Australians have pets, many lie on leases to say they dont when they do:
