Replace wood in ridge

Anyone knows how much does it cost to replace (or fix) Wood decay to timber
on ridge?

Could be a lot, because the ridge holds up all the rafters....
Wood not be easy to remove without disturbing a lot of the connected roof structure.

as mentioned above not an easy job as you would need to remove roof tiles/ sheets, cappings, temporary support rafters, change rotted piece then make good everything again.

would be hard to quote so you will get scary prices the fairest and most economical way would be to get a good builder do it on hourly rate and crack the whip on him haha good luck with it

Get a quote from a builder. Our son had this done a year or two ago - no idea what he paid but he didn't kick up too much of a fuss!!.

It will depend upon the roof structure whether it is a traditionally framed roof or trussed roof. As others have stated it is a major job having to strip the roof and almost go back to nothing.
