Thank you to all the vigilant (or is that vigilante?) members who report posts to us.

Unfortunately, there is some technical issue where you may find your browser "hangs" after submitting the report. Please be assured your reports are still getting through.

We are in the process of getting this looked into.

What do you mean by "hangs"? Can you describe the problem in more detail?

When you report a post, and click through, the address bar (the bit I type in www.whatever.com.au) gets stuck. The little blue line that runs across as it does its thing gets a little of the way across and it just stops.

I'm sure there are technical terms for the things I'm describing .

Is it getting stuck, or is it just slow? How long do you wait before you give up?

Just stops dead part way along. I go on to something else and usually when I come back it has finished the report. Maybe one or more minutes.

Right, so it works ... it's just very slow. I noticed it was a bit slow too when I tried it this morning.

I'll look into it ... performance problems can be difficult to diagnose - I'll see what I can do.
