There are 3 different reports available:
The Aug 2007 Sydney (H) Report has 100 suburbs (100 houses and 0 units)
The Aug 2007 Sydney (U) Report has 100 suburbs (0 houses and 100 units)
The Aug 2007 Sydney (H+U) Report has 100 suburbs (50 houses and 50 units)

This is called theft.

Maybe the mods could look at whether these threads should be removed.

There are some brokers who have access to these reports, and who can provide them to you if you are an existing customer.

That access is usually restricted to suburbs where you have a property already.

Just a thought- I don't know you, and I don't know your investment background.

If you do group together with other people, PLEASE make this clear when you enquire about buying reports. Some orgs accept groups. Keep it all legal please.

If you team up with 2 others you might save 33%
but if the report is not in your name you will lose the tax deductibility
so you will end up paying about the same if not more...

On the other hand, I don't believe that you can tax deduct the expense
in all cases, it depends on your individual circumstances.
