I'm not sure if this link has been posted before as I do not get to visit this site as much as I used to.
I came across this series of videos on Youtube from Tenancies SA (OCBA) about resolving tenancy disputes which may be useful to those here in SA.

Also the OCBA have recently introduced a $35 fee for lodging tribunal applications.
