This weeks forum we will be taking you through step by step how to research for your next purchase! Giving you information on useful websites, on how to read between the lines of what the agent says and how to pick the diamond amongst the pebbles.

Also giving a market update, and share our experiences from the last few weeks.

Will also be presenting our recent purchases, along with updates of our reno projects.

Well worth the $10 it cost to get in. I'll be there in two weeks time for the next one, and hopefully will be able to stay longer to actually chat to some people.

Hopefully I can get over it in a couple of days.

Not the end of the world, its only the flu, but just not on the ball as I usually am. Might go get some shut eye now.

Parking won't be a problem if you get there before 6:45pm. Depends on what other meetings are being held at the time though. There's also parking off-street.
