RIP Penny K - One Year Gone

It's been almost a whole year since Penny K, one of this forum's favourite members, passed away after a long and brave struggle with cancer. From diagnosis to death was a scant 2 years. If I recall correctly, she posted almost until the end, never once complaining about her situation.

RIP Penny, you are gone but not forgotten.

Most of us never knew you in real life, myself included, but you touched us deeply with your sincerity, grace and kindness.

It's been just over a year - she passed away late August (I only know as the announcement on here was on the 2nd anniversary of my mum passing away).

Her family were in my thoughts.
