Rough Pricing Guide for Building on existing land

can anyone suggest what I should be paying to build a house in metro Adelaide.

300-400 size block, would ideally like to 3bed,2bathroom and a 2 living areas if possible.

how much more would I be looking at if needing to go to 2 stories

any help much appreciated

Really depends on the fitout and spec, but as low as 120 to the skys the limit.

But 140-150k is definitely possible without being an absolute dog box.

what about in syd- 150-170sqm 3 bed? how low do you reckon it can go?
