Looks like Olympic Dam will be the biggest hole in the Sthrn Hemisphere so RD has some hope with a recovery.
Roxby has had a 15% price drop. Hopefully all those investors chasing mining town high rental returns have an opportunity to hold the property until the mining industry picks up again.
When I visited last year the locals seemed upbeat about the big expansion plans however with BHPB building a whole new single person quarters to accomodate the thouseands new workers required there may not be the need for local houses to rent...
