RUN Property Management

Dear Brains Trust,

I have heard the ads on the radio lately for RUN Property Management - they only cater for renting not sales.

Has anyone had any dealings with these guys? Comments?

Quite a few previous posts about them, and I must say they manage a few of ours, and have not had to RUN from them yet

Have just had RUN in for an interview/size up to manage one of our IP's. Compared to the other 3, which were all part of local REA's office, RUN come out a winner with due diligence, professionalism and presentation. They quoted realistically, had good solid answers for all the difficulties that can arise with tenants. Fees were comparable to the others. I liked the cut of their jib and they're looking like the winners for my business this time round.

The property that I rent has just been moved from Run to another PM. I shed no tears and, if Run were as responsive to the owners correspondence as they were to mine, I suspect the owners will not cast a backward glance either.
